The prints are send from Germany.
The estimated delivery date is based on a combination of the processing time for the items you ordered and the transit time.
The processing time takes around 2-3 working days, to which you can add the transit time, that depends on the destination :
Germany : 2 - 3 working days
Europe : 3 - 5 working days
Worldwide : up to 20 working days

Germany : 4,79 € (+0,70€ with tracking number )
Europe : 10,49 € (+2,50€) with tracking number )
Worldwide : 17,90 € (+4€) for tracking number
In case of a package getting lost in the process of the delivery, it will be redirected to the sender after some time. A new address verification will be issued and the print will be send back in a couples of days with no additional fees ( unless the customer wishes to add a tracking number -if it wasn't purchased before -)

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
